SATURDAY Breakfast

  • Muffins (lemon cranberry)
  • Cereal – bran w raisins serve w cranberry juice and avoid milk!
  • Yogurt – Greek Iogo (variety pack w different flavours)
  • Orange juice

SATURDAY Lunch (on Water)

  • Large tetrapack juice (apple or cranberry)
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Wraps – rice w chicken
  • Peaches or apples
  • Snack bars – granola w nuts, raisin and yogurt coating

SATURDAY Dinner

  • Stuffed pork tenderloin – pre-cooked and frozen
  • Baked sweet potatoes (pre cooked in foil)
  • Corn on the cob, wrapped in foil
  • Oatmeal raisin cookies

SUNDAY Breakfast

  • Chicken Tournedos wrapped with bacon strips.  Partial pre-cooked and freeze in foil
  • Baked sweet potatoes (partially cooked in foil with olive oil)
  • Corn on the cob wrapped in foil
  • Oatmeal raisin cookies
  • Bananas

Extras- Havarti cheese with plain crackers
