World Sailing has published the 2021 – 2024 Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS). The new edition of the RRS follows consideration of suggested rules changes from Member National Authorities, Class Associations and race officials over the last four years. The cat-alist schedule is more detailed because it is a combination of the ORCA specific events, Hobie Division 16 and Hobie Division 11 regattas. Some Division 11 regattas are possible when driving from Toronto. Why? As there are less events in Hobie Division 16 but especially because the level of competition is high so you can sharpen your teeth!
