AST provide people with a disability the opportunity to enjoy sailing and the health and social benefits that come with it. 70% of the AST membership have spinal cord injuries, most are partial quadriplegics.

ORCA Schedule

The cat-alist schedule is more detailed because it is a combination of the ORCA specific events, Hobie Division 16 and Hobie Division 11 regattas. Some Division 11 regattas are possible when driving from Toronto. Why? As there are less events in Hobie Division 16 but especially because the level of competition is high so you can sharpen your teeth!
